v0.1.0: Minimum Viable Logger

v0.1.0 should the the minimum viable logger that will read CAN frames and output these via serial, so they can be read from another device. This minimal version should be enough to read "something" from the Komatsu PC210NLC-8, at the very least. After that it will make more sense to focus on more QOL feats

Objective for this version

Required

  • reading from CAN1
  • sending CAN1 via serial (UART)
  • tested on machine
  • no message drop (enough UART baud rate)
  • timestamps implemented

Bonus

  • reading from both CAN1 and CAN2
  • sending both CAN1 and CAN2 via serial (UART)
  • LED correctly signaling (use a combination of RTOS timers and semaphores)
