LiDAR output issue - Duplicate point cloud with offset #136

Recently I was running a mid70 lidar within ROS melodic workspace and from one execution to another, the point cloud started to show this strange behavior. This is the second time this issue happens, and in the first one I tried factory resetting, but it didn't fix it.

I thought that the problem could be the power supply, but our Converter 2.0 is connected to a 28.8V regulated power supply. The converter states that input voltage between 9 - 30V is valid.
